Nepali is a lifelong human rights defender of marginalized and underserved castes, people with disabilities,and the poor.for 20 years, sarswati has demonstrated sustained leadership,advancing the human rights of members of the most marginalized and underserved ethnic communities in Nepal.sarswati played a crucial role in Dalit social justice movement’s to acquire land rights, gain access to education,and obtain equal justice from the courts, US Department of state secretary’s Award for global Anti-racism champions winner 2023. The foundation is proud to have his guidance for the success.
